Services : Atticus Digital Media LLP provides staffing and recruitment services. All payments for services are processed through Razorpay.

  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Payment

  • Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with our services as outlined at the time of transaction.

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Razorpay. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the payment process.

Intellectual Property : All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Atticus Digital Media LLP and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability : To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atticus Digital Media LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or Razorpay's payment processing.

Governing Law : These Terms are governed by the laws of Indian laws and regulations, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Changes to Terms : We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms.
